Tara LaTour was founded in 2011 with a desire to change the ideas of gowns in the wedding industry. They felt that brides were forced to fit into the dress rather than find a dress that was unapologetically them. They introduced color, couture techniques, fine fabrics, and textures that challenged the ideas of traditional bridal.  And in doing so, they’ve become the brand that cool girls flock to; Helping them keep their cool on a day that’s steeped in tradition.  

Modern designs that won't make grandma faint.  Key design characteristics like modern fabrics, simple silhouettes, color, and romantic details combine to create soft dramatic shapes that reveal a little but not a lot. We also believe in the power of making the girls {boobs} look damn good through structure and support built right into every dress. Between this and our no size limit size chart, we aim to cater to every body. All gowns are ethically produced using couture techniques in our Minneapolis, MN atelier, thereby delivering the impeccable fit and quality that only comes from Tara LaTour.
