From the moment you walk into our shop, to your “yes” moment, through alterations to the final fitting - we are here for the entire process!
Alterations are done by our owner, Hanna! She is enthusiastic about a lot of things but one of the things she is most enthusiastic about is alterations and clothes fitting properly so that the client feels comfortable and confident!

Bridal, mother-of-the-bride, bridesmaid, casual garments, etc
Vintage Re-design
Involves re-working an existing vintage garment (an example would be that you have your mom’s wedding dress and you’d like to shorten it or change the neckline so you can wear it to your rehearsal dinner)
Custom Apparel Design
Custom gowns
Custom ensembles - mini skirt and corset
Custom accessories: boleros, scarves, sleeves, etc

#1: You do not have to purchase your gown at B.Loved to use our alterations service - it is open to the public! Email Hanna with any questions or to schedule a consult.
#2: Hanna can do alterations on lots of garments and she loves a custom project! Like adding off the shoulder drapes to a dress, adding embellishments, changing the neckline/backline, etc, etc!

Yes! If you have a favorite garment that’s ripped or needs patched, or needs buttons we are happy to help! We are also open to helping where we can so if you have something in mind, submit a form and we will see if we can help!

All fittings take place at our shop located at 36 West Gay Street in downtown, Columbus, Ohio.

Once we’ve touched base we can schedule your first fitting!

Right now we are not offering alteration services on tailored suit jackets. So if your suit jacket has a lining we aren’t currently able to work on it.

Bridal alterations usually take 2 - 3 months and require 3 fittings. This timeline can be shortened if needed!
Regular alterations such as hemming pants takes a week or so.
Special projects such as creating a custom garment or Re-designing can take anywhere between 4 months to a year depending on the project.
