Joanna Bisley is an award-winning bridal accessory designer based in Calgary, Canada. Many of Joanna’s designs draw inspiration from her English heritage when she developed a fascination for jewelry at a young age after a school field trip to The Tower of London to see the Crown Jewels. 

Ultimately, she followed in her father’s footsteps after college graduation and worked in the film industry in Vancouver BC for nearly 13 years specializing in post-production and visual effects. In need of a creative outlet separate from her stressful work schedule she purchased a few strands of gemstones and started wire wrapping designs and Joanna Bisley Designs was born! 

Her passion is creating heirloom bridal accessories for brides while providing personalized styling advice whether in person (at the new Calgary Showroom), via Zoom, email or an old-fashioned telephone chat.   Having worked with brides and high end bridal boutiques for over 13 years Joanna's expertise ensures each bride is perfectly accessorized for her unique bridal style.
