If for some reason you are unable to make it to your appointment, you must call 48 hours prior to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid being charged the $150 fee.

We are by appointment only. This is to ensure that you have the most seamless bridal shopping experience.

We don’t have a parking lot, however, there is an open surface lot at the corner of Gay and High as well as a parking garage directly across the street from our store. There is a fee to park but it’s very minimal. If you get lucky you might even be able to park at a meter.

No unfortunately we do not validate parking. If you are coming to the shop on a Sunday remember that all the meters are free.

We’re located at 36 W. Gay Street, Columbus, OH 43215. There is a parking garage directly across the street from us for ease of parking. There is a fee to park but it’s very minimal.

We recommend bringing 1-2 trusted family members or friends with you. Although television shows often air large parties at appointments, that is because it makes for good drama and good tv rather than a good experience for the bride. More opinions usually means more confusion.

Unlike many other bridal salons, we’re just fine with you taking photos of yourself in the different dresses, so bring your smart phone! Tissues may be a good thing to have on hand as well. Consider bringing undergarments that help enhance your bridal look as well as heels that make you feel beautiful.

Also, it may sound corny, but it’s important to bring an open mind! Often times a bride will have her heart set on a particular dress or shape, and when she tries it on it doesn’t make her feel the way she thought it would. Our consultants are wonderful listeners, and they will pick up on what you’re responding to and can make suggestions based on that. Dresses never look the same on hangers as they do on the human body, so if a consultant suggests you may like a particular dress that does not appeal to you on the hanger, go ahead and give it a whirl, it just may be the one!

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring food and beverages. We also ask that you bring your own cups and utensils if needed.

We offer 10% incentives at trunk shows, but only for gowns by the trunk show designer.

All of our sampled bridal gowns range in size 6 – 14. If a sample is too big we will clip it, and if it’s a bit snug we will insert a panel. All of our gowns can be ordered in a size 0 – 28, but we don’t stock multiple sizes of gowns to try on

B. Loved Bridal does not have in-house alterations. However, we do provide you with a list of highly recommended seamstresses that are incredible at their craft.

How far in advance should I buy my dress?2020-04-28T20:22:03+00:00

We’d recommend you buy your dress at least 9 months before your big day. Dresses usually take 6 months to make, and then we need to allow some time for alterations and shipping.

We will do our very best to help you find a dress for your big day. We’re good at thinking outside the box!

What’s a trunk show?2020-04-28T20:22:14+00:00

Trunk shows are special events that usually take place over the weekends, during which a designer’s entire collection of sample gowns is available for brides to try on and purchase at the store.

Yes, we have a ton! Columbus is lucky to have a plethora of talented wedding industry professionals, and there are vendors out there for every style, taste, and budget. Just tell us a bit about your vision for your big day and we’ll be happy to refer you to vendors we think will be well-suited to you. Unlike many other stores across the country, we do not have any kind of programs in which vendors pay us to refer them to brides. We just love helping our brides and vendors, so we play wedding match maker a lot!

Some examples of vendors we can recommend: venues, wedding planners, florists, photographers, caterers, pastry chefs, videographers, live music, dj’s, the list goes on and on!
